REFUNDS/RETURNS

We do not refund non tracked orders.

Should your item be incorrect, you will be shipped a replacement or issued a refund. Custom snap keychains cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a mistake has been made as these are custom made.

All orders are packed in a fur free, smoke free home! Listing images with cats are from friends.

Shipping Details

All orders will be packaged and shipped in a bubble mailer and are shipped from Canada, once a week, every Monday-Wednesday.

Canada:
All Canadian orders are shipped as untracked letter mail through Canada Post.
Estimated shipping time is 2-14 days

US:
All US orders are shipped as a tracked package through USPS.
Estimated shipping time is 3-6 days

UK:
All UK orders should go through Etsy.

International:
All other international orders are shipped as a tracked package through Chit Chats.
Estimated shipping time may vary on location.

Once orders are mailed, I no longer have control over them or any potential post office delays. Customers are responsible for any potential additionally incurred customs fees.

Preorder Items

If your order contains a preorder item, your order will be shipped together when the preorder item is released! Please be mindful of these dates as they are listed in the listings as well as that unforeseen circumstances and delays can occur. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to email and ask!
